While on a walk through our woods this spring,
we noticed some wild grapes growing in one of the trees.
We have been watching the grapes grow and mature throughout the summer
and now they were finally ready to harvest.
We found enough I was able to make a batch of wild grape jelly
with a little leftover to make some juice to drink.
Both are absolutely delicious!
The jelly tastes grapier than regular Concord grape jelly – a nice treat!
