I have been working on a couple of new bunny patterns;
I finished punching and am sewing them up today.
One of them has an arm similar to Valentine Bunny
and this bunny with a carrot.
I punch the arm separately and trim the weavers cloth to about 1/4″ around the punched edge.
I press the weavers cloth to the back and hand sew on a piece of wool for the backing.
Then, I just sew the arm onto the bunny’s body.
I sewed this bunny up with the machine and cut an opening in the wool backing for turning.
I also use this turning hole for sewing on eyes, whiskers, and the arm.
Here’s her with her arm attached.
She still needs to put on her skirt before she is completed.
