After figuring out a good ratio of dog fur to wool in the carding process,
spinning the dog fur/wool has been a breeze.
I have a skein that I just finished;
it is hanging to dry in order to set the twist.
Here is one completely dry and ready to crochet into something.
It has a very nice variegated look to it – with a mixture of browns, greys, and the cream wool.
It is also very soft to the touch – just like Lily.
I think it will feel wonderful made up into something.
I am thinking maybe some crocheted slippers!
