I realized I haven’t shared with you my finished shawl
that I wove on the triangle loom.
If you follow me on Instagram, you might have already seen this.
I wove two identical triangles on the loom at the same time
and then sewed them together halfway across the top.
Then I finished off the rest of the top edges separately
to create the garment.
After I got it off the loom,
I fulled it to make the hand woven wool fibers fluffy
and fill in the gaps
and then I blocked it by laying it out flat to dry.
I don’t really know what to call it.
It isn’t really a poncho or a sweater…
But, whatever you call it, it is nice and warm
and I think it turned out very pretty.
