I have a new happy camper rug hooking pattern to release today.
It would make a perfect rug or wall hanging
inside a vintage camper – or anywhere if you love camping as much as I do!
Happy Camper Rug Hooking Pattern:
It is called Happy Camper.
The hooked rug has been modeled
after my Happy Camper punch needle pattern.
The rug was hooked using #8 strips of felted wool (one fourth inch wide).
The vintage camper was hooked with a silver gray wool
using a darker gray for the accents.
The flamingo was hooked with pink wools
and the wing was done with proddy strips in pinks and hot pinks.
The grass was hooked using various shades of greens
and the background is shades of light grays.
The antique camper was designed to look like
an Airstream, Avion, or other vintage silver camper.
The completed hooked rug measures about thirteen inches tall
and fifteen and a half inches wide.
