In this primitive craft tutorial, I will be making a no sew wool bowl filler. The bowl filler is a stuffed wool crow sitting atop a stuffed wool star. It is tied together with some coffee dyed cheesecloth and accented with a rusty bell, star hang tag, and some sweet annie.

Making the No Sew Bowl Filler:
I used scraps of black and gold felted wool for this project.
First, I sketched a primitive looking star and cut two stars from the gold wool.
I also drew a primitive looking crow a little bit shorter than the star and cut two crows from the black wool.
Using some craft glue, I glued the two stars together, placing the glue around the edge and leaving an opening for stuffing. I repeated the process for the crow.
After giving the glue a little bit of time to dry, I lightly stuffed the pieces and glued the holes closed.
Once the glue was completely dry, I assembled the primitive bowl filler.
I placed the crow on top of the star and tied them together with a strip of coffee dyed cheesecloth and a piece of jute.
To the jute, I added a primitive star hang tag and a rusty bell.
Finally, I tucked some sweet annie in between the crow and star.
