I just added my newest punch needle pattern to my Etsy shop.
The punch needle pattern features primitive bowl fillers
in the shape of two saltbox houses and a welcoming pineapple.
Since the pineapple is the symbol of hospitality, the pattern is called “Welcome Home”.
Welcome Home Punch Needle Pattern:
All three bowl fillers have been punched using three strands of DMC embroidery floss.
The cream saltbox house is a three story house with a primitive star above the door.
The blue saltbox house bowl filler has a country style heart on the side.
Both houses have been backed with felted wool and have felted wool chimneys.
The two saltbox house bowl fillers measure about four inches by three inches.
The pineapple bowl filler’s green top and backing are made with felted wool.
The whole pineapple measures about six inches tall and about two and a half inches wide.
The Welcome Home punch needle pattern includes complete finishing instructions to make them into bowl fillers.
