I just released the second in the Year of Banners punch needle pattern series.
The first pattern was July & August with a sheep with a sunflower and a patriotic crow.
The second punch needle banners pattern is for display during the months of September and October.
September & October Punch Needle Banners Pattern:
The squirrel with an acorn is perfect for the beginning of fall
when the weather is starting to turn and the animals are gathering their winter supplies.
And of course, the black cat with the pumpkin is for October’s display.
These hang easily on this rustic wire hanger my husband fashioned.
They also look nice hanging on a large skeleton key.
Both banners measure about four and a half inches tall
and about two and a half inches wide.
They have been punched using three strands of DMC embroidery floss.

You can also choose a mailed paper punch needle pattern or a kit.
The punch needle kit comes with the reusable paper pattern,
weavers cloth, wool for the backing and hanging tabs,
DMC embroidery floss, and an optional hand made wire hanger.
