Woodworking Plans for Gripper Frame
Your foundation fabric must be kept drum tight while punching.
This is easiest to accomplish with a gripper strip punch needle frame.
My dad, the woodworker, and I designed this frame with a peek-a-boo bottom just for you punchers.
(Although it also works great for rug hooking!)
I use mine for both punch needle and rug hooking projects.
With the round bottom, it turns easily in your lap when you want to swivel it.
I have these gripper frames available in my Etsy shop.
